I'm also able to do animation meme.Images are just image with no tweening or animation , they just moved but are colored (flat or a smol shading)Animation are made with flipaclip , there's no shaded but it's more smooth than images.Lipsync is includedTweening are made with cutecutpro or Alight motion most of the time. The pics are fully shaded and it's smooth. I'll do my best to not made mistakes while tweening the video (bugs and all those thing). Lipsync included
